KPY (KPY Cooperative) is a long-term investor and owner based in Kuopio, Finland.
The Group's operations
KPY's subsidiary Enfo Oyj provides IT services and financial process services. Voimatel Oy specialises in power distribution and data network services. Vetrea Terveys Oy is a provider of health and wellbeing services. The Group rents office space through its subsidiary, Kiinteistö Oy Siilinjärven Lentokapteeni, and invests in securities through KPY Sijoitus Oy. KPY Sijoitus Oy owns 40 % of Technopolis Kuopio Oy and 15 % of Ropo Capital Oy.

Ownership of KPY
The owners of KPY are its 22,000 members with more than 5.5 million shares in total. The largest shareholder is Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company with 13.7 per cent of KPY Cooperative's shares.
