KPY’s ownership share: 50 %
Mandatum Asset Management’s (MAM) Growth Equity II fund and Osuuskunta KPY signed an agreement on 26 June 2025, under which MAM will invest in Epical. The investment supports the company’s ambition to grow into the most trusted and innovative data consultancy in the Nordics. KPY remains as the other main owner after the funding round.
