Our mission is to create value for its owners and promote the vitality of society by building business vitality in Finland, that is, by strengthening the competitiveness, growth, and renewal of domestic business.
Our goal is to increase the value of our holdings in the long term and enable lasting business vitality in growing Finnish companies. We pursue this strategic goal through infrastructure, private equity, and balance sheet investments.
Value creative active ownership model
We act as a lead investor in both minority and majority ownership positions. Developing and supporting company management, strengthening networks, and maintaining close cooperation with other owners are key ways through which we enable growth, development and value creation across all of our investment portfolios.
