KPY’s ownership share: 100%*
KPY acquired the entire share capital of Technopolis Kuopio Oy in September 2019. Previously, it already owned 40 percent of the company. At the same time, Technopolis Kuopio Oy was renamed Novapolis.
*In November 2025, KPY announced an arrangement with Keskisuomalainen and Novapolis that enables the construction of a new Novapolis property in Kuopio city centre. As a result of the arrangement, Keskisuomalainen will become a minority shareholder in Novapolis with an ownership stake of approximately 3.5 percent. The completion of the arrangement is conditional upon the project receiving a legally valid building permit. Read more (in Finnish)
