KPY is a cooperative owned by approximately 19,000 shareholders. KPY shareholders have access to attractive investment opportunities not otherwise available. One can become a shareholder by acquiring a share in KPY Cooperative. Anyone who acquires a share is accepted as a member of the cooperative.
We aim to increase the value of KPY’s share and are committed to distributing cooperative interest sustainably, while also ensuring the future competitiveness of our portfolio companies. We will continue to invest in new target companies in line with our investment strategy. In addition, we actively develop the companies we own.
